OCI passport updation URL not available

I am trying to update my renewed passport using OCI misc services. After completing part A , uploading photo, signature the next step part B when completed and clicked save continue got error The specified URL is inaccessible at this time. Please try after some time https://ociservices.gov.in/onlineOCI/MiscDocumentUpload I tried all suggestions with firefox, chrome, edge and incognito mode. Even restarted the modem to renew IP and also tried in various timings early morning, afternoon, midnight. This is to see if it is server issue in india . still same error. I saw suggestions to even ignore previous application and start fresh. Still getting same error when i try to submit part B which has all prefilled text based on my existing OCI and only yes/no checkbox. I also emailed consulate and bmo support india. No reply. Anyone facing this issue ? Also when i google with this error message i see few discussions similarly they were not able to submit since sep 26. Not sure how to proceed and get the passport updated for existing OCI
