My PCC Is Ready for Collection at BLS Brampton When Should I Go?

My PCC is now ready for collection at the BLS Brampton office. What time is usually best to go for collection? Is there usually a queue, or is the collection process fairly quick? If anyone has recently collected their PCC from BLS Brampton, please share your experience.
